RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Company’s Return and Exchange Policy
offers you the option to return or exchange product within 15 working days of
- Once we receive your return, we will do
a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality
check, we will credit the amount paid by you for the products in to your Bank
- If you choose to exchange the item for
reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided
with a replacement of the product, free of cost. However an exchange is subject
to availability of the product in our stock.
- Customer shall need to return the
product by themselves with a reliable courier service and you will be credited
your cash back account with Rs.100 to cover your shipping cost. We request the
customer to send the scanned copy or tracking or document number of the courier
slip to email@example.com.
- Please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.
- Order Number
- Bank Name
- AccountHolder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch Address
- IFSC Code
- Company will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met;
- Tags on the product should be intact.
- Product should be unused and in an undamaged condition.
- Item needs to be returned along with the original packaging and ensure to pack the product securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
- Company will not be liable for the products returned by mistake, also for a product not belonging to company and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
- In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange will be done on special price of the item(s) not on MRP.
